Individual Employment
Individual Employment or IE assists individuals to obtain and maintain jobs in businesses in their communities. We provide individualized job development which focuses on the participant as the leader of the process. Marketers work to make these job matches by working with the participant to understand their unique skills and abilities as well as connecting with employers who are looking for employees who want to work. Once a person is hired, our team of work trainers join the new employee and walk with them through the orientation process and provide ongoing support to the employer and employee.

Group Supported Employment

Not only are we providing excellent service to our many customers, our participants gain valuable skills and learn how to work within a team environment.

Community Access

Individuals choose the activities that will support integration into their own community as well as surrounding communities. Activities may be one-on-one or as groups. Community Access also supports individuals who are looking for, or currently have, volunteer employment. The program utilizes these community-based opportunities and experiences as a path towards paid employment.
